My Night Time Skincare Routine 2017

Skin is your first line of defence, like your primary shield from the world.

I have a short, simple skin routine to prevent applying to many products to my skin, which prevents pore blockage, therefore preventing acne. Obviously, anyone with a single hormone in their body will know that clear skin is a holy grail, that not everyone can have. However, it is still important to make sure your skin stays clean and supplied with the right nutrients to keep it healthy. My morning skincare routine is similar to my night time routine, only shorter so I will not be doing a post for that.

Neutrogena Spot Clearing Facial Wash

I don’t use this every night, as overuse causes me to break out really bad so I use it every 2-3 nights when I wash my hair. This works really well for me as it’s gentle and doesn’t dry out my skin.

Step 1: Facial Wipes for combination skin

I don’t really use a particular brand for my wipes, because the generic supermarket ones that I buy are cheaper and they work for my skin well. They do their job, they get my makeup off and they don’t give me spots so ’tis all good. There isn’t really much I can say about them.

Step 2: Tea Tree Skincare Facial Cleansing Pads

I generally use this between my use of the facial wash, and this is also used every 2-3 days. The pads pick up any left over makeup that my wipes may have missed and it smells amazing. I know smell isn’t what to go by when you purchase products but its menthol scent is perfectly refreshing, and so is the sensation it leaves on your skin.

I first use the rougher side of the pad to loosen any makeup left on my skin using circular motions, and then I use the smooth side to swipe over my  face.

Step 3: Tea Tree Skincare Cleanser and Toner

BEFORE I GO ON… DISCLAIMER: This is by no means sponsored, I’m nowhere near important enough for that!

The cleanser and toner is so refreshing and is very efficient in evening out my skin tone and is perfect for cooling your face down after a long day, especially now the days are warmer over here in the UK.

This is applied by putting some on a cotton pad and moving it over my face in gentle circular motions, taking extra care around the eye area. I then repeat this but instead of using circular motions I gently swipe it over my face.

Step 4: Tea Tree Micellar Water

The ultimate cool down. I kid you not. This would be perfect to apply before applying aloe vera gel to sunburnt areas but really deeply cleans your face in general. Its cooling effect is amazing because it really cools you down and in the mornings wakes you up.

I apply this by putting some on a cotton pad and gently swiping over my face and neck.

Step 5: Clean & Clear Spot Control Treatment Gel

I used to be extremely sceptical towards spot treatments, but after just a few uses of this my spots have been under control and my skin has been decently clear. It takes a few nightly uses for any major changes to be noticed but it certainly reduces the blemishes and gets rid of them completely.

I apply this directly to the spot/problem areas of the skin and rub it in.

Step 6: Neutrogena Visibly Clear Oil-Free Moisturiser

This was the first ever moisturiser I used back when I was 11 and three years later I am still loving it. It keeps your skin from drying without a slimy sensation and does a great job at evening out skin tone. It’s cooling and really does its job well.

I just put a small blob on my hands, rub them together and then carefully massage it into my face.

Face Masks:

As it shouldn’t be, face masks are not a part of my daily skin routine, it is more so in my weekly. I never used to be a fan of masks solely because I didn’t enjoy the sensation they left on my skin. Recently, however, I have been trying out various ones, and currently I am using a charcoal clay mask once a week and it is doing wonders on my skin. It is leaving it super soft and glowing.

That’s all for today, and you can bet on my next post being a May Favourites. I haven’t done a favourites post since January, and if you want to check that out it is in the featured section of the blog. It’ll be a long post because I have a lot to talk about!

~ Gina ~

It’s just one of those nights…

I have had suicidal feelings before, because of my demons and because of the past. I have some nights where I simply read something and I break down, there are nights where I desperately pray, and there are nights where I feel so numb because everything hits me at once and everything comes back at once.

Tonight happens to be one of those nights.

These nights can be triggered by anything, but it’s hard for the feeling to go away. The sadness, worthlessness, frustration but mot notably: the emptiness. Yes, it’s going to be one of those nights where I lie awake for hours and wonder why I’m even on this earth. Flashbacks of the past years will crop up, especially from last year. My workload will taunt me. I’ll feel worthless. I’ll feel hopeless. I’ll feel like dying.

But I still wake up the next morning and carry on.

One thing I have learnt and what I try to remember on nights like these, is that the past is gone and I lived through it. I survived. And if you are going through anything where you see suicide or self harm as an option, don’t do it. If I am capable of waking up each morning despite how bad the night before was, so are you. Please know you do not suffer alone. Ever since the day where my best guy friend stopped me from taking my own life (unknowingly at the time), to today, I have tried to use the things that I have been through as lessons.

In life, there is no such thing as failure. Only success and lessons. The more you apply that to your life, the better the outlook will be. There will always be nights like tonight where I feel worthless and empty, but in order for myself to have self worth and to feel content I must first get up and carry on.

I’m sorry this was not my usual chirpy post, but this is so important for me and the more people that hear this message the better, because no one deserves to experience such pain.

Love from,

QG xoxo

My January Favourites

The month is drawing to a close and naturally, there are things that I have been particularly loving this month. There is quite a variety of things in this month’s favourites, and I’m very pleased considering it is my first. So, without further ado, let’s get into it!

Small Ted Baker Bag

I actually got this on sale not long after Christmas and I absolutely love it. It’s perfect for going shopping or to the  cinema. If you want to spruce up an outfit, this bag is perfect. I feel like a lot of people are put off by the fact that it doesn’t have clasp or it doesn’t seem very secure but as long as you’re holding it close to your body and in a way where thieves can’t get in, your possessions will be fine. I don’t, however, recommend it for school or parties, where you are often leaving your bag in one place and it is easier to steal things without you noticing. I would instead recommend taking it to a dinner or, as I mentioned, shopping because the bag won’t leave your side.

Studio London Face and Eye brushes

If I had a pound for every time I just stroked these over my hand or cheek I would be a millionaire. I LOVE these brushes! The bristles are very soft and pick up a lot of product. They blend so, so well and are just gorgeous. I got them in Superdrug for half price and I managed to save a lot of money instead of splurging. They are easy to clean and are a dream to work with. They don’t hurt your face when you use them, which I always think is very important when it comes to makeup brushes and I truly enjoy using them.

Zoella Lifestyle Write On Point Pencils

Now, you may be wondering why I’ve included a set of pencils in my favourites because pencils are pencils – right? But being the stationary hoarder that I am, I just had to add these to my collection. They are beautiful and have cute little messages on the bottom that you’d use to sign off a card or a text like Hugs and Kisses and Best Wishes. I might be the only one here who actually raves about pencils in a monthly favourites post but they are just so pretty and something that has stepped right out of Pinterest. There are five in a set and I also managed to get them for half price in Boots.

fullsizerender-7Tanya Burr Peachy Glow Cheek Palette

This is my first Tanya Burr product and I am safe to say it won’t be my last. I am in LOVE with this palette! The packaging itself is so cute and it comes with a mirror because… who doesn’t not want a mirror in their cheek palette? The palette consists of three powers, a bronzer, a blusher and a highlighter. The bronzer is in the shade Beach Bronze and it gives your skin a natural, sun kissed look without looking muddy. The blusher is in Apricot Flush and it adds the perfect amount of colour to the apples of your cheeks. The highlighter is Champaign Shimmer and gives a nice glow to your cheeks and is really subtle and not too pigmented. It isn’t sparkly like a lot of highlighters are. Overall, it is perfect for a natural, subtle glow.

fullsizerender-6Ariana Grande Sweet Like Candy Eau De Parfum

I adore this product SO much. Like kudos to Ariana, she did well. It’s a perfect little part of  summer in the dead of winter. The packaging is adorable and the scent is beautiful. It is a gentle floral scent and isn’t too overpowering, which i always look for in a perfume because sometimes I don’t want to smell like a walking perfume counter and potentially knock people out with my scent.

Zoella Lifestyle Reed Diffuser in Ocean Stroll

I received this for Christmas and my room smells like the seaside and it is amazing. The room smells so fresh and the diffuser looks so freaking Tumblr! I’ll definitely be getting another diffuser because this one is amazing. The scent isn’t overpowering but it is very noticeable. It lasts approximately 3 months so I’ll probably get a new one in March, which I can’t wait for so I can try some of the other scents. If I do, I will certainly give a review.

fullsizerender-4Tony & Guy Tousled Waves Hair Set

I received this for Christmas and I love it. The Texture Detox shampoo is amazing and leaves my hair really shiny and bouncy after I’ve washed it. I don’t use the shampoo alone and instead I pair it with my own shampoo and conditioner which seems to work really well. The sea salt texturizing spray is perfect for holding in waves and rather than spraying directly onto my hair, I instead spray it onto my hairbrush and run it through my hair and it works a treat. It really makes the waves in my hair stay put and I love it.

Lynx Attract For Her Set

I feel like most girls love Lynx Attract For Her and they are certainly not on their own. I love that Lynx isn’t your typical “girly” product. It’s not floral or dainty but it’s more powerful. To be completely honest, I will sometimes use the men’s lynx too because the scent is so powerful and gives me a sense of security. And honestly, the smell of Lynx deodorant is my weakness. If I smell that ish on a guy, my attraction towards the guy goes up a little (of course, depending on the guy…). But yeah, I just love lynx!

fullsizerender-9BD Trade Secrets Lipstick in Stylish

Due to having really pale skin, I don’t usually go for red lipsticks but this one I am in love with! It’s not a shocking, bright startling colour but more of a deeper shade. Also, I rarely wear lip products because I don’t like the feel of them on my lips but the texture of this one is very light and not slimy at all. It has a small sparkle in it too which is just so adorable.

FullSizeRender (10).jpg

Maybelline New York Colour Sensational Lipstick in Pink Fling

Again, I love the texture of the lipstick and the colour is sensational. Pun intended. Also, the packaging is just beautiful. The shade is a pretty pink and it’s not too bright, which I often dislike, especially in the winter when I’m pink in the face from the cold. In short, this lipstick has really got me loving them again.

Maybelline New York Lash Sensational Lash Multiplying Mascara

I don’t usually wear mascara but when I do, I like to wear this because it isn’t clumpy and doesn’t stick my lashes together, which I think is a huge problem with most mascaras. It really does what it says on the package and makes it looks like my lashed have multiplied. Also, this works really well with the clear mascara that I use to condition my lashes.

fullsizerender-1Girl On The Train By Paula Hawkins

I haven’t finished this book yet but it is so gripping and intense. The main character, Rachel, is a raging alcoholic due to her past marriage. She catches the same train every weekday and makes lives for the people in the houses that she passes. One day, she saw something bizarre and got tangled up in a huge mess. The other two points of view are from Megan Hipwell, one of the residents of the houses that Rachel would see and Anna, Rachel’s ex husband’s new wife. The story involves distrust, anger, confusion and paranoia. I can’t wait to finish it.

Anime: Dance With Devils

A story about a normal teenage girl, Ritskua Tachibana, who becomes tangled in the conflict between Devils and Vampires. Rem Arnold, the heir of the Arnold family calls her to the Third Library, which is where he and the other three members of the school council (who are all devils too) because she is the key to defeating the vampires. However, despite his cold heart and attitude, Ritskua begins to fall for him and he started to care for her.

I loved this anime! It was only 12 episodes long and perfect for anyone who is just getting into anime. It is gripping and the music is incredible. And I may or may not be in love with the guys…

That’s all for this month’s favourites! Please tell me what you think either in the comments or tweet your opinions at me at @QueenGeek294 because I would love to know what you think. And please can I say that none of these reviews were sponsored. I am nowhere near important enough to have a sponsor deal. All of this is purely my opinion and nothing else.

2017 – Year Of New Beginnings

I know! I’ve already done so many new years blog posts already! Please don’t worry – the next post will be my January Favourites, which I will let you know when it comes out on my twitter: @QueenGeek294 . It’s a relatively new page and I would love if you threw me a follow, you’ll get all of my latest updates about the blog and can make your own suggestions while you’re there.

Now I’ve finished with the self promo…

I’ve decided to make 2017 my year of new beginnings. And while I don’t like to jump on the “New year, New me” bandwagon I do want this year to be all about self improvement and trying new things. So less “new me” and more “better me”. I’m on my way to a healthier, fitter, kinder me. I know that sounds very cliché but I have the faith in myself that I can do it. It’s all about dedication, patience and willpower. I’ve already started my path to eating cleaner, and if you would like, I can do a post on different tips and tricks on how to  get fit and eat clean. The key is to start small. I’m not going to go into too much detail as that will likely be a blog post in the future and I don’t want to repeat myself. Also, I’ve started going to a weekly aerobic training session with one of my bet friends. It’s best to start small and I certainly plan on increasing the number of activities I go to.

If you’ve read any of my old blog posts, you’ll know that I aim to be kind to everyone. I won’t lie, I find this especially hard considering some of the circumstances. But nevertheless, isn’t it better to be known as a kind person who’s there for people as opposed to a stuck up bitch?

What is your 2017 all about? Let me know in the comments! Don’t have an account? It’s easy! Just click “sign up” and you can comment to your heart’s content! Don’t want to make an account? Tweet at me @QueenGeek294

Life hacks list #5 – What to do if your NYR has already flopped

With New Year comes a lot of unrealistic expectations, meaning resolutions that are immensely hard to achieve. Because people expect you to achieve them instantly. But lets be real.

New year, same bitch.

So instead of being unmotivated because you suddenly haven’t transformed, here’s what you can do:

  1. SET SMALL, REALISTIC GOALS – While setting a NYR, it’s important to remember that it will often take time and you won’t change instantly. For example, if you want to start eating healthier and getting fit, slowly increase workload, even if you only start by working out only once a week. Then, as you get used to it, start going twice a week. By starting small, you are helping your body get accustomed to your new lifestyle and you are one step closer!
  2. DON’T BE DISHEARTENED – It is SO important to remember that when you are trying to change for the better, it will be hard and there will certainly be days where it is even harder and you seem to be reverting back to your “old self”. Humans are very habitual beings and it will be extremely difficult to change from one way of living to another. It takes approximately 91 days to form a lifestyle, but even so, you must put in the work to get to that way of living.
  3. FOCUS ON ONE THING AT A TIME – A lot of people go all out when it comes to NYRs, convincing themselves that they will instantly become an amazing human being who eats clean, works out, can tolerate everyone and updates their carrier settings on their iPhone the moment the little notification thing pops up. And for those people out there… somewhere… you are simply a better person than me. See, when I set NYRs, I see it more as a few things I want to improve over the year. So I might want to be kinder, more patient (never gonna happen) or more mature. And to do this I would actively think about it in my everyday life, looking at a situation and wondering how I could be mature, etc. Reflection is key.

I know that isn’t many, but I feel like I might end up repeating myself. Have you kept your NYR? Let me know in the comments, or tweet me at @QueenGeek294 or simply search A Dream On A Page. Have a nice life!

Love, Queen Geek xoxo

PS. Yes!! I’ve changed my name! I feel like this name for me is huge as the initials make up my two personas, one being my personal, private one and the other being my public one, Queen Geek.

Why my friends are the best!

I have a fantastic circle of friends who somehow put up with my craziness and accept my level of psycho and savagery.  I love them so much and I wouldn’t be able to function without them, especially Midnight. She’s my ride or die. My sister from a different mister. These girls are one (of many) reasons why I choose sisters before misters. (One reason being that I have huge trust issues and all of the boys at my school are un-datable)

My friends are the best because no matter what I go through, good or bad, they will be there for me and support me. They’ve been there for me when I was at my lowest and there when I’ve been at my best. We all reciprocate each other’s love and we understand each other.

My friends are the best because they accept me for who I am. I could be around them in pyjamas or the nicest outfit ever, they won’t judge me and we’d still have an amazing time.

My friends are the best because they are so damn honest! I have confidence that they would never say a bare faced lie to me, and be so honest. Midnight is like me, she keeps it real, so we have a good understanding.

My friends are the best for all of the reasons above and more, cause you know… we don’t like the same people and we’re all up on that Wi-Fi. (People get freaked out when Midnight and I give each other signals in class, can’t think why?)

Why are your friends the best? Tell me in the comments!

Life hacks list #4 – How to actually make 2017 YOUR year…

Happy New Year!

I know, I’m late, but I’ve been really busy and I just haven’t had time. I hope you all had a great Christmas, or Hanukkah, or whatever you celebrate or even if you didn’t celebrate anything at all, I hope you had a good day filled with happiness and discount chocolates. Wait, who said that? There are typical things almost everyone says every new year. “Oh my gosh, 2017 is  TOTALLY gonna be my year.” And then they say it for the next year. And the next. BUT THEY NEVER DO A DAMN THING TO MAKE IT HAPPEN. You want 2017 to be your year? Here’s a list of things to help you have an epic 2017.

  1. REFLECT – Sounds kinda easy, but reflection is one of the best methods to self improvement and understand things that are bothering you. You might feel kinda silly writing about your feelings, but it can be in many forms. Journaling, therapy, talking to your friends, or just jotting down things here and there. I started keeping a journal in July last year, I stopped for a while in October and November, but that was because I was too busy and admittedly, too depressed. I think that, for me, it was a mistake and I should have continued because it would have helped my pinpoint the things that were stressing me out.
  2. SMILE – This sounds really stupid and something you’d see on a tumblr quote, but smiling reduces anxiety and depression due to it releasing endorphins, which is a chemical that the brain releases, causing you to feel less stressed, less anxious and depressed, therefore motivating you and making you feel happier.
  3. MAKE THE MOST OF EVERY OPPORTUNITY AND HAVE SOMETHING TO REMEMBER – You want 2017 to be your year? I’m guessing you do seeing as you’ve read this far. Have something to remember! On December 31st 2017, you can’t look back on it and say, “Wow, this was SO GOOD!” when there was nothing really good to remember. Spend time with friends, enjoy yourself, take opportunities, strive to achieve, have something to remember! This year, I’m aiming to fill a whole album with things I’ve done this year with my friends and family. Don’t be afraid to reach out to people, it can land in some pretty cool situations. Take pictures, laugh with friends, just do  it!
  4. BUT DON’T BE AFRAID OF HAVING ALONE TIME – Although spending time with people can be fun, it can also be exhausting. I’m an extraverted introvert (one of the common ways for an INFJ like me to be described, but that’s a story for another day) so I enjoy company but in small doses. I love hanging out with my best friend, we talk every day near enough, but when I’ large groups of people while I’m not in school, and they’re my friends but I don’t speak to them daily, I enjoy it but not too often. I like having time to rewind and just chill on my own with a hot chocolate (lotta cream, lotta marshmallows, lotta sprinkles) and a book. It really helps me recharge.
  5. TRY NOT TO WORK YOURSELF TOO HARD – I’m chronic for this and my best friend wants to kill me for it (YOU LOVE ME REALLY!) . I will constantly prioritise writing over things like eating and sleeping that I end up exhausted the next day. I have a bad sleep schedule anyway with broken sleep and not being able to sleep for hours on end and writing will wake up my mind more. So starting this year, I’m slowly developing a routine and a plan by spreading out my workloads and giving myself time to rest too.
  6. TRY NOT TO PROCRASTINATE – Easier said than done, I know, but as soon as you take control of procrastination rather than the other way around, you’ll be so ,much more organised and have so much more time for productivity. If you’re writing an essay, of for example, six pages, take a small break in between each page to reward yourself, or one longer break when you’re halfway done.

That’s all I have for you today! If you think I missed any please let me know.

What are you going to do to make 2017 your year?

Little Darling Daydreamer xoxo

I want to change the world…

It’s probably something we’ve all said at some point.

This is EXACTLY why I want to be a doctor. I want to help people who suffer. If I even save ONE life, that is one less grieving family that day. I want to help people. Today, I helped a man in the supermarket (okay sure I nearly knocked myself out because I hit my head off a trolley when I picked something up) and it made me feel really frickin’ good. Even if it’s one good deed a day you’re adding one more little bit of positivity into the world.

I’m not going to lie. I can be a very negative person. It’s one of the main reasons my relationship ended. And that was one of the main reasons that caused me to wake up and start to improve my personality and become kinder and more positive. One more positive and kind person in the world is one less negative jerk in the world. And if I can help you make that change then that is my job done.

This is why I’m going to work hard to achieve the grades I need to become a doctor. There are thousands of people out there that deserve to be a doctor and a place at Med School and I want to be one of those people. Dreaming is all well and good, but working hard will be the only way that this will happen. You want to be seen as a good, kind person? Do good deeds. You want to be a writer? Practice and work hard. Your dream will only come true if you work to make it a reality. I know a blog post won’t change the world – people will. So I challenge anyone reading this to do one good deed or say something positive this week to try and pass on the positivity and the idea of working hard to other people. If my message only reaches a few people, I will be so happy that I’ve helped in some way.

Love, Little Darling Daydream xoxo

Life Hacks List #3 – How to deal with drama

No matter how hard we try to avoid it, we always encounter drama, whether it’s in our friend circle, with boys or with your biggest enemy. Long story short – we have no escape! So we have to learn to deal with it! So block, block, snap, build, tower and LEGO!

  1. Keep calm – When encountered with drama, it’s a good idea to keep calm and not freak out. This is difficult but after deep breaths and taking a relaxed look at the situation, it is a lot easier. Also, if some idiot is causing the drama, they want you to freak out and go crazy. My advice, Smile – it really is the best revenge.
  2. Don’t talk smack – This ties in with my first point but whatever you do, DO NOT TALK CRAP ABOUT OTHER PEOPLE! It will all just come back to you in the end. Plus, it just makes you look crazy and irrational and again while it is hard to do and I’m not gonna lie, we’ve all been guilty of it at some point, so I know what I’m talking about. But you go through so much less if you’re not insulting, but professional and assertive instead.
  3. Exert that stress and anger into something else – A lot of people will use their anger negatively but I find it works to use that anger to give you energy and put it into something that will help you. For me, it is writing and sport. It can be anything that isn’t destructive that will only add to your problems.
  4. Forgive and be kind – This is one of the hardest things of dealing with drama, especially when someone has done you wrong. I personally can’t hold grudges as it makes me feel really shitty. But it will make you feel so much better when you’re being the bigger person and owning up for any crap you did and accepting responsibility but also being forgiving and respectful. For example, me and my ex had a nasty break up. But holding a grudge was driving me NUTS! So I messages him one night a few weeks later saying that I was sorry for saying some things that I hadn’t meant, and that I was happy for him and his new girlfriend. Was it hard? Extremely. But I felt like a weight had been lifted off my shoulders. We both indirectly showed each other that we were sorry and that we were forgiving each other, and now we’re starting fresh. It is so good sometimes to forgive people – even if you don’t want anything to do with them. It shows that you are strong enough to move on and not live in the past.
  5. Remember that it is okay to be like a glow stick – you have to break sometimes before you shine – I have learned this so much in the past two months and I can honestly say that I’m shining. It’s okay to be going through a bad patch, because a lot of the time it’s those times that make you stronger and push you to follow your dreams.

That’s all I have for today! If you think I missed any out please let me know!

Love from,

Little Darling Daydreamer xoxo

Life Hacks List #2 -The key to decent skin

Acne is a royal pain in the butt. And we’ve all been there. We wake up on morning and scream because we’re growing an extra head. And then you realise that it’s a spot. And it’s your school photo day. CAN IT GET ANY WORSE? Nope. So I’m going to help a sister (or brother) out! We all want to look good when our friend takes a surprise snapchat of us, right?

  1. MOISTURIZE! – I can’t stress how important it is to moisturize! It rehydrates your face. My personal favourite moisturizer at the minute is the Neutrogena Oil Free Visibly Clear Moisturizer. It not only moisturizes but also evens out skin tone. I have been using it for quite a while. Make moisturizing is a part of your morning and evening routine.
  2. CLEAN OFF ALL THAT MAKEUP BEFORE YOU SNOOZE – I get it. You’ve had a long day and it seems like a lot of effort to go and wash your face. When I’m in this situation I simply just use facial wipes. As long as the makeup comes off you’ll be good. Not only will it give you spots the next day if you don’t, it will also transfer onto the pillow along with the excess oils from your face, which leads me to my next tip:
  3. CHANGE YOUR PILLOW CASE EVERY WEEK OR EVERY TWO WEEKS – The buildup of all of the oils on your face is a playground for bacteria and can really do some damage. You (if you’re lucky) will be in bed for upwards of six hours and in that time a lot of bacteria can build on your face, causing acne.
  4. DON’T POP YOUR SPOTS, USE TREATMENT INSTEAD – I can’t be more clear when I say that it is SO IMPORTANT to not pop that spot! It may annoy you now, but it’s only temporary. However, if it scars then that is permanent. Also, the bacteria and the puss in the spot will spread around the area of the spot, leading to more spots. Often spots are caused by oil blocking your pores, and you don’t want the additional gunk to give you more blockage.
  5. WASH THOSE DAMN MAKEUP BRUSHES – It’s a chore, I know. But all of the old oils and bacteria won’t help you at all. Then you need to use more concealer or foundation which clogs your pores even more.
  6. BLOT YOUR FACE AFTER EXERCISING – Sweat, like oil will clog your pores and give you spots, so if you blot it and get rid of the excess oils you should be grand!

That’s all I have for now, there will be a part 2, so fear not!

Love, Little Darling Daydreamer xoxo
